About

About Kim

Kim has worked as a business and creative professional for over 30 years, from Fairfax County Public Schools to Fortune 100 companies and early-stage startups. She pairs strategic product thinking with hands-on design craft.

As an investor and operator, she has worked side by side with founders to set up branding and design capabilities, define roles, hire and form teams, and set the strategic vision for product and user experience, then plan, deliver and test the products themselves.

Years of consulting taught her to listen first and communicate second, to fit into any team as a member or a leader, and to solve both the stated and the unstated problems. Her facilitation skills help large groups align and move work forward.
